We realise that we bear responsibility for employees, customers, society and environment. The basis for this is responsible and sustainable action, the active involvement of all employees and an open dialogue with relevant external stakeholders.
In this respect, our Code of Conduct reflects our Company Values and how we do business.
In doing business we consider sustainability an important aspect of it.
Our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) report (available upon request) provides insight in where we currently stand with respect to sustainable development goals and the way we as an offshore energy service provider take corresponding steps towards the future.
At corporate level, in quarterly Enterprise Risk Management sessions, developments around ESG subjects in the context of the organization are translated into risks and opportunities with associated measures.
