Having control over our business processes is a high priority for Bluewater. Through systematic monitoring of processes and comparison with market standards through internal and external audits, we create a feedback cycle which enables us to assure that our products and services are provided in a controlled manner with ever increasing quality and safety.
To stay in control of our business processes, we have documented them and opened this information up through our quality system, the Corporate Management System (CMS). The procedures that describe our processes are continuously monitored and updated to ensure they stay effective and are actually used in practice.
We are known with our clients and stakeholders to provide quality products and services and to be in control of the operations and processes. We are also certified in several areas:
Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001: 2015:
to ensure that Bluewater meets the needs of clients and other stakeholders, while satisfying statutory and regulatory requirements related to the product and services.
Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2015:
to minimise the negative effect on the environment and comply with applicable laws, regulations and other environmentally oriented requirements.
International Safety Management Code (ISM):
to ensure Safety at Sea, to prevent human injury and loss of life and to avoid damage to the environment and to our FPSOs.

to provide information to clients and to select suppliers and contractors when buying goods and services.
